So I sent this Sporty tank to Elswick Cycles and this is what they sent back - 1.5" removed from the center, fill hole moved forward, petcock moved back and Friscoed. This tank kicks ass!!! If you want tank work done send it to Robert - he'll hook you up

Stripping the Triumph

Got the cylinders off and all the motor mounts. Now I just need to actually pull the motor out of the frame and put it on my motor stand.

I got myself a 750 kit for my 69 Triumph - started stripping the head off tonight. I should get the cylinders off this weekend. I need to buy a new wrench set.

Eating better...or at least trying to...

So I went to my Dr. a couple weeks back and had my "over-40 physical". Not bad overall except my cholesterol is through the roof. So I have to change how I eat.

I'm now trying to eat more low-fat heart healthy meals. My girlfriend is on the train with me and she's cooking these heart healthier meals.

I have my next physical on 4/20 of all days LOL. Wish me luck that my cholesterol is lower.
